My name is Carla Cederman and I am a Lead Maternity Carer (LMC) midwife working in the beautiful Bay of Plenty. My passion has always been helping others and I am excited to help guide women and their whānau through these life changing experiences ahead. I am passionate about promoting normal birth and a healthy pregnancy. My role is to work alongside you and your whānau to support, protect, advocate, nurture and educate you on this crazy journey of pregnancy. I provide continuity of care through pregnancy, labour and birth, and up to 4-6 weeks postnatally. I provide care for low-risk women to birth at Bethlehem Birthing Centre or at home, however, sometimes pregnancies may deviate from this so I also provide secondary services at Tauranga Hospital alongside other health professionals when required.
