Kia Ora and congratulations on your pregnancy! I am a community midwife based in Gore and covering the surrounding districts. I was born and raised in Gore and live here with my four children. I have a strong focus on physiology and strive to ensure holistic care that is supported by the latest research, enabling women and their families to feel empowered by the choices they make. Pregnancy and childbirth is such a special time in a woman’s life and I believe midwifery care plays such a crucial role in facilitating an amazing experience. I work alongside women and their families throughout their pregnancy, labour and birth as well as providing postnatal care for up to six weeks following birth within their home. My practice partner is Janelle Carse, we provide support to each other and occasional time off.
