Victoria Ellis

Congratulations on your pregnancy! My name is Victoria and I am a registered midwife working throughout the Christchurch area. I am part of a well established midwifery practice with 10 other midwives. We all work as a team to ensure the women in our care receive personalised, safe, and quality care throughout their pregnancy, labour and birth, and in the postnatal period. I feel that pregnancy and childbirth is such a special time in a family's life, and feel honoured to be involved in this journey. I always strive to combine evidence informed, individualised care into the partnerships I form, and ensure that women and their families are able to make informed choices that they feel are right for them. I support women to birth in the places they feel most comfortable and safe in, whether this is at home, in a primary unit or at Christchurch Women's Hospital. I look forward to hearing from you.
