I am a LMC running my clinics from Botany Downs Birthing Unit. I look after women residing in the Botany and surrounding areas (please check the areas I cover listed below before contacting me). If you are in my area and my philosophy of care appeals to you, please contact me. I support births both at Middlemore Hospital and Botany Downs Birthing unit. I have a great success rate supporting women keen on natural births but always with the view to a safe outcome and ensure that all kinds of pain relief, if needed, are available. I have been a midwife for 33 years and I have 3 grown up children and 2 grandchildren! I am a Christian and offer an experienced, empathetic, caring, fun, direct and practical approach. I am originally from South Africa and have been in New Zealand since 2004. I work with 5 other midwives, we are known as "Midwives@Botany" and we offer you excellent care and support.
