Kia ora, congratulations on your pregnancy! I am an LMC midwife working in Christchurch, West Melton, Rolleston, and the surrounding areas. I feel very fortunate to work with women during pregnancy, labour and birth, and up to six weeks postnatally. I have a strong belief in birth as a normal life event, and believe in the ability of each woman to birth her baby and have a unique and fulfilling experience. I am passionate about sharing information, providing evidence-based care, and working in partnership to support women and their whānau to have the best childbirth experience possible. I work with a gorgeous practice of five other midwives who all share similar philosophies. I take a small caseload and love to support low-risk women to birth at home and in primary units, and otherwise at Christchurch Women’s Hospital when indicated.
