Kia ora, ngā mihi mō tō hapūtanga - congratulations on your pregnancy! I have been calling the Wairarapa home since my first daughter was born in 2016 and I am privileged to be working with hapū māmā and whānau in our diverse Wairarapa community. I work with my wonderful practice partner Renee Macdonald. We share a practice philosophy of embracing pregnancy and birth as a normal life event, promoting and protecting home-birth as a safe option for well women and babies, while acknowledging the need for intervention when circumstances change or evolve. My passion is working in partnership with wāhine and whānau, acknowledging that every hapūtanga is unique, and empowering people with information so they can make informed decisions within the support of holistic midwifery care.
