Hatched Midwifery

About Me

Congratulations on your pregnancy! **I am personally not taking clients, however I am accepting bookings for two new midwives who are due to join us mid January. I would be able to look after you until they join us. They are very well trained and have already delivered well over 40 babies each!** Our midwifery group aims to provide support and information to enable every woman to make the best decisions for herself, her baby and her family. We run an antenatal clinic where you will be seen during your pregnancy. The clinic is on The Terrace in Wellington City. We offer home, hospital and birth-centre births, with waterbirth available in all locations. After the baby is born we will visit you in your home for 4-6 weeks. The midwives in our group specialise in home-birth and natural birth. This means we will support and encourage you throughout labour with minimal unnecessary intervention. We want you to have a positive birth experience.

How to Get Hold of Me

Please contact me during work hours only (9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday). When contacting me please include your name, phone number, the suburb you live in, your due date, and if this is your first, second, third etc baby. I encourage women to meet me for an initial appointment, where I can explain a little bit about the new midwives, and how we practise before deciding to choose our midwifery group. I would love to meet you, to see if we are the right midwives for you!
