Kia Ora and congratulations! I’m Rebekah a registered midwife working in the Selwyn/Christchurch areas. Midwifery is one of my greatest passions, I find it is truly an honour to journey alongside whānau in this special and life-changing event. I believe the best care provided is in partnership, I am passionate about building relationship with you and your family and empowering you to make informed choices surrounding your care. My approach focuses on supporting the natural process of labour and I will work with you individually to create a plan that sets you up for a positive and safe experience. I provide full care from the beginning of your pregnancy until 6 weeks after. I work closely with my practice partner Liv Cassin, and the incredible team at Rolleston Midwives who share a similar philosophy. I support women to birth at home or in a primary unit such as Oromairaki. I also will provide care at CWH when medically indicated.
