Michaela Humphries

I am a Lead maternity Carer working within the Hamilton area and the greater Waikato region. I am a mum to three children and I feel very lucky to be a part of a wonderful profession and love being alongside women and their families through what is a very special time. I am a strong advocate for informed choice and consent with the sharing of information throughout the antenatal, birth and postnatal period. I have a clinic room at Waterford Birth Centre but as I take a small caseload I am happy to provide home antenatal visits if transport is an issue. I work with a wonderful partner Nicole Burd and we support each other within our practice and for time off. We are further supported by two other experienced midwives within our group.
