About Me

Hello and congratulations! My name is Sarah and I work as a community based midwife in Selwyn. I am part of Selwyn Midwives who are a wonderful team of like-minded midwives. I take a small case load and work alongside Megan Maxwell-Smith to ensure that all women receive flexible care and 24hr midwifery cover. I am happy to provide full care for women who would like to birth at Lincoln Maternity and those who need to birth at Christchurch Women’s Hospital As a midwife I provide the full range of midwifery services throughout the pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. I am committed to providing encouraging support and sharing knowledge that focuses on you and your family throughout the birth journey and into parenthood. Please note, I am off for Christmas, so only available for early December, unless you are planning an elective caesarean section. Thank you.
