About Me

Hi I’m Keli, congratulations on your pregnancy! I live in Dunedin with John, our 7 year old son Jana and sweet baby Amaya (18 months). I try to keep a quiet case load at the moment while she is still small. I offer free pregnancy testing, care during pregnancy, birth and until your baby is 6 weeks old. I provide care for home or hospital births. I have experience supporting women wanting to birth in water. Women birth well when they feel safe and confident and my goal is to facilitate this. I am motivated to support women and their whānau in making informed decisions that are meaningful for them. If complications arise I will work with medical teams to provide the extra care you need. I run a pregnancy clinic on Thursdays and Fridays for antenatal care and always visit you at home for care after baby is born. I am unable to offer routine pregnancy visits at home or on weekends/ evenings as this is tricky for my family. I am able to provide urgent care at any time however :)

I would love to hear from you! Phone or text me on 0279310873. Leave a message if I don't pick up and I will call you back the same day. Email is also fine for contacting me and I check them each evening. I work closely with my lovely back up midwives Jane and Jennie and have every second weekend off. If I am off when you contact I will get back to you the next Monday morning :)
