Kia Ora and congratulations on your pregnancy! I am a LMC community midwife on the Kapiti Coast. The journey of pregnancy and becoming parents is an exciting time and I feel privileged to work in partnership with you and your family. New Zealand has a lovely midwifery system that recognises the importance of woman-centred care to empower women throughout their journey. I am a mother of 4 children with a loving supportive partner and we love living on the Kapiti Coast. My philosophy is to recognise a caring safe place for you, to provide normal physiological care that is evidenced based, this allows you to make informed choices that are right for you. I support women to birth at home, at our local primary birthing unit and in the Wellington Hospital. I am happy to offer you free Acupuncture during your pregnancy; and am honoured to work with a fantastic group of midwives 'Kapiti Midwives'. I run a clinic room in Paraparaumu and Otaki for antenatal visits. I look forward to meeting you.
