I spent 3 years at Whangarei Hospital working as a core midwife before I changed roles to become an LMC (Lead Maternity Carer) based in Wellsford.
I feel that my role is to support and guide women through their pregnancy/birth and postnatal journey and aim for a safe, fun, happy and healthy experience.
Women should make their own informed choices during this time in their lives and I am here to help you with decisions and offer advice.
I believe in the "LESS IS MORE" approach during pregnancy/birth and parenting. I consider my role a privilege and a pleasure to be involved with your family/whānau.
I can support you to birth at Home, Whangarei Hospital, Warkworth Birthing Centre and the Wellsford Birth Unit.
I cover from Wellsford up to the Brynderwyns, including Mangawhai out to Paparoa.
I work alongside the Rodney Coast Midwives but my practice partner is Sarah Martin. You can see all of our profiles on the Warkworth Birthing Centre website.
