About Me

I have been a midwife since 1995. I am passionate about providing total midwifery care for the women and families I care for. I support women to birth at home, Ashburton Maternity and for those with complications to birth at Christchurch Women's. I encourage women to keep the process of birth as natural as possible. I support women with the use of natural techniques like yoga and hypnobirthing, I do not provide epidural care. I work with five other midwives in the Ashburton area - between the Rakaia and the Rangitata rivers.
