Hello my name is Becky, congratulations on your pregnancy!
Before I started my midwifery journey I was a Beauty therapist for 10 years; this is where I discovered my love for working with women. I am passionate about supporting women and their families throughout their pregnancy, birth and post natal period and watching new families be created and added to! It is always an honour and a humbling experience to walk alongside women and their family during this special time.
I believe that childbirth is a normal physiological process and I can help women achieve this by providing a supportive environment, and individualised care unique to each women and her family’s needs.
I work closely with my experienced practice partners to provide pregnancy, labour/birth and postnatal care to 6 weeks following the birth of your baby. I support birth at home, primary units and Christchurch Women's Hospital. I can also offer epidural and elective caeserean section support. My clinic is located in Linwood.
