Congratulations on your pregnancy!
I qualified in 2007 in Christchurch before moving to Gore with my family. I live with my husband and 3 teenage children.
The role of your Lead Maternity Carer has a massive impact on your childbirth experience. Primary Health services play a vital role in our rural communities. I am able to refer you to other health professionals that may be required for optimum health and care of you and your baby.
I provide midwifery services in Gore and the surrounding districts, I hold access agreements to Gore and Southland hospitals, also at home. I support all women's choices including water birth or epidural. I believe in providing continuity of care unique to each and every women. I am also available for on call work within the community.
I am in partnership with Leeanne Turnbull and we run Meraki Midwifery together from the Community Rooms at Gore Kids Hub. We provide each other with time off and women with a back up midwife they will meet and know.
