About Me

Congratulations on becoming pregnant. I believe in the power of women to give birth safely and naturally in the environment of their choice. I see pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding as normal life events for most women. A trusting relationship with your midwife is important so you can feel safe and supported through your pregnancy, labour and early mothering journey. As a mother of four children, I understand the importance of choosing a midwife you can trust, and who respects the choices you make. My wish is that every new family feels empowered, positive and well nourished. I work with Domino Midwives, a supportive practice of amazing midwives. Your care is provided by myself and back up care by a practice partner. I take a caseload of up to four women per month allowing me to provide excellent care. Antenatal visits are in a Porirua clinic and postnatal visits in your home.
