Simone Vautier

Hi, congratulations on your pregnancy. My name is Simone Vautier. I am a midwife and mother to three amazing kids. I enjoy working with pregnant and birthing people and their families, navigating their choices throughout pregnancy birth and postnatal. I feel very passionate about providing the information and support needed to make safe choices throughout maternity care. To receive care that is defined as appropriate by you allows for a comfortable and positive transition to parenthood. I feel very strongly about providing care that is safe for all people, from all walks of life and cultures. I work in partnership with Whitney Chilvers, Kayla Burnes and and Kat Nixon. I provide birth care in the Te Papaioea birth unit and the Palmerston North hospital. Antenatal appointments are held in Feilding at Community House and in Palmerston North at the Churchyard Health Centre.
