Hi I’m Keren, Congratulations on your pregnancy!

I believe pregnancy and childbirth is the most extraordinary time in a woman’s life. I work in partnership with women and their whānau by providing continuity of midwifery care throughout pregnancy, labour and birth, and the postnatal period in a kind and compassionate manner. I believe pregnancy and childbirth is a unique experience and see every woman as an individual.

Childbirth is a normal physiological event which I strive to protect and promote by empowering women to make informed decisions throughout their care. I am able to recognise when pregnancy deviates from the normal and will work alongside specialist healthcare professionals as required. I understand that we all come from different cultures, religions and social backgrounds and aim to provide individualised care to each woman.

I cover areas from Wellsford up to the Brynderwyns, including Mangawhai out to Maungaturoto. My clinic is based in Mangawhai.
