Congratulations on your pregnancy, this is such an exciting time! My name is Eva Osmond and I am a registered midwife, I work closely with my practice partner Fiona Kerton and within the amazing Kumeu Community Midwives group.

I believe pregnancy and birth are one of the most empowering and transformative times of a woman's life, and it is such a privilege to be able to work in this space to support wāhine and their whānau through this journey. I am passionate about providing woman-centred care and utilise evidence-based practice to ensure you and your whānau are making well-informed decisions for you and your baby. I believe that pregnancy and birth are a physiological process and will work to promote normal birth, but also am aware of complications that can arise along this journey and will work closely with specialists to ensure a healthy, safe outcome for all. I can support you to birth at home, Helensville Birthing Centre, and also have access to Waitakere and North Shore hospital if needed.
