Congratulations on your pregnancy! I'm Nikki and have been a registered midwife since 2011, I have done a lot of work in tertiary and secondary care at National Women's in Auckland, and after a move back home in 2020, most recently at Tauranga Hospital. I worked for a couple of years in Europe looking after Newborn babies so I am also well versed in post natal care.

I provide care for around 4 families per month in the Mount Maunganui region, I have a wonderful back up midwife who is supportive so we have regular time off. My aim is to walk alongside you and provide guidance for your journey to parenthood and beyond that makes you feel empowered and safe. I support women who choose to birth at Tauranga Hospital, and Bethlehem Birthing Centre.

A small bit about me...I enjoy the outdoors and am generally a very active person, love the sunshine and summer, not too keen on winter! But I've thoroughly enjoyed my move back to the bay.
