Kia ora, congratulations on your pregnancy!

My name is Brooke and I am a registered midwife. I am based in Dunedin where I call home with my son. I work alongside a lovely group of midwives at Absolute Midwifery, where together, we support home and hospital birth including water birth. I can provide care throughout pregnancy, labour, birth and up to six weeks postnatally.

I strive to provide individualised care, as I understand that not one person is the same. I work in partnership with you, to create a care plan best suited to your needs/wants. I share knowledge and evidence-based information with you so that you can make informed choices. Pregnancy and childbirth is a natural part of life, however, if complications arise, we will work collaboratively with obstetrics and other medical teams to achieve the best outcomes possible for both you and your baby.
