My name is Mellisa (Mel), Im a mama to 3 tamariki and we live on the North Shore in Auckland. I whakapapa to Nga Puhi, Palmerston in the Cook Islands and Raiatea in Tahiti.
As a midwife I am passionate about providing a safe, respectful, informed and empowering space for wāhine to make informed decisions about their care on their haputanga haerenga. I am also passionate about low-risk and physiological birthing and traditional Māori birthing practices.
