I am a mother of 4 adult children and now Nannie to 7 grandchildren.

I returned to school after raising my children and have now been a midwife for 14 years.

I have worked in Australia and New Zealand and much prefer our New Zealand model of care.

I work in a team based in Botany to provide women the option of birthing at a midwifery-led unit using water and gas for labour and birth.

We transfer and continue caring for you in the event a need arises for specialist services. But I do try to book women that want to birth at Botany, as research shows us that the safest place to birth for women that are fit and well, with no medical indications, is at home or at a midwifery-led unit.

Pregnancy and labour is an amazing journey, and I love supporting women to find their power as they bring their babies into their world.
