I was born & raised in Tauranga and have recently returned, now a mama, wife and experienced midwife.

I take a holistic approach to pregnancy, birth and postpartum care, focusing on building your self trust & confidence. As your midwife I work in partnership with you; offering knowledge, evidence & support so that you can make informed choices about your care.

In a world where many of us are more connected to technology than ourselves, I think it’s important to reconnect with yourself: to trust in your body’s innate abilities & to listen to your needs.

And while I trust in the body’s incredible ability to grow, birth and nurture our babies, I also recognise that birth can be unpredictable so will guide you with care and collaboration if additional support is needed.
