About me
Hi there. My name is Debbie Fawcett and I have been a midwife for over 30 years. I emigrated with my family from the UK in 1998 to work in this fabulous maternity system. I am experienced across the whole scope of midwifery practice - at home, in birthing centres and in hospitals in New Zealand and the UK. I love working with women and their families on their journey to parenthood and supporting them in their choices. I still get just as excited about birth as I did when I first started.
