I am a passionate and experienced midwife, as well as a Lactation Consultant, dedicated to providing personalised care for women and whānau who wish to birth in a primary setting, such as the Helensville Birthing Centre or at home.

Every woman’s pregnancy and birthing journey is unique, and it is my priority to ensure that your experience is positive, empowering, and tailored to your individual needs. I take a holistic approach, recognising and respecting your choices throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period.

By providing up-to-date, evidence-based information, I support and guide women in making informed decisions that best suit their circumstances and values. My goal is to empower you with knowledge, confidence, and care, while offering compassionate, safe, and competent midwifery support every step of the way.
