I have been a Registered Midwife for over 16 years.

I'm also a Lactation Consultant, Reiki practitioner, trauma informed facilitator, & mother.

To me childbirth is a very special & significant life event. My role as a midwife is to work in partnership with you & your whānau to ensure a positive pregnancy, birth & postnatal experience.

My area of expertise is providing care to women birthing at home or the birthing centre, but I also look after women in the hospital setting too if that became needed during your pregnancy. For more complex pregnancies I refer & work in consultation with other health professionals in order to ensure safe outcomes for birthing people & their babies.

Each month I take a mix of first time mums and subsequent babies. In Dec & April I only have space left for women who are having subsequent babies (e.g. second, third babies etc)
