I am an experienced Midwife who has worked as a rural midwife, and in the hospital looking after women with more complex needs. I would love to focus on supporting people who are keen to have a baby with minimal or no intervention. This does not mean I am unaware of the risks and complications that can occur during pregnancy or having a baby. I use evidence-based research to guide my practice and support women to have the birth they want. This can mean referring you to other services as needed. I believe healthy Mums make healthy babies. So, no matter who you are, I will do my best to help you navigate your way through the maze of information and misinformation that you will be bombarded with during your pregnancy, birth and postnatal period.
