Kia ora! Time is an important word in my midwifery practice. Giving hapū people time to ask questions & discuss options enables them to make the right choices for them. Spending time getting to know each other allows me to provide respectful, empowering & inclusive care for both them & their whānau.

I love what I do & providing holistic, confident care during this life changing journey is a real privilege.

I approach my practice with calmness, confidence & humour. Birthing people are strong, and believing in this strength and the physiological journey of beautiful normal birth underpins my practice.

I provide care from Paekakariki to Ōtaki and support (love!) home birth as well as birthing at our primary unit in Paraparaumu.

I’m qualified to offer acupuncture (free) and love the results I see in my practice.

My antenatal clinic is in Raumati Beach.
