Hi there, congratulations on your pregnancy - what an exciting time in your life!

I am a midwife working in the Hamilton region and will be running my clinics from the Midwives by Chartwell clinic. I feel privileged to be able to provide individualised care to women and their whānau throughout pregnancy, labour&birth, and in the postnatal period. I believe in women's abilities to grow, birth and nourish their babies as normal physiological parts of life. As such I will support you to birth at home or in a primary birthing unit - or in a hospital if medically indicated. As a midwife, it is my role to help provide you with informed choice and consent, advocate for and support your needs, share information and help you to feel empowered in your unique journey.

I am lucky enough to have four children of my own & work with an amazing midwifery partner Legend Matetaka-Ormsby where we provide support and time off to each other to maintain sustainability.

I always take return clients with subsequent pregnancies!
