Congratulations on your pregnancy - what an exciting time for you & your whānau! I am a Lead Maternity Carer (LMC) midwife working in Hamilton & its outlying areas. I am a mum to 4 daughters, and I feel very honoured to be a part of a wonderful profession where I can work alongside women & their families as they navigate their way through this new & exciting time. It is my privilege to provide individual & compassionate care for women & their families throughout pregnancy, labour, birth & for the first weeks of baby’s life. I support & value the normal processes of pregnancy & birth with emphasis on informed choice & consent with the sharing of information throughout the antenatal, birth & postnatal period. I have a small caseload, which gives me time & flexibility when caring for you. I work with a wonderful midwifery partner Lesila Halauafu; we support each other within our practice & also for our time off call. I am not certified to provide epidural care.
