Congratulations on your pregnancy!

I am mum to 5 children aged 21-29 years old and absolutely passionate about working with women and their families during pregnancy, labour/birth, and up to 6 weeks postnatally. Each pregnancy is unique, and my job is to provide up-to-date information alongside evidence-based individualised care, so that you can make choices that are right for you and your family.

I believe that pregnancy, labour, and birth are normal life events, and that women have an amazing capacity to bring new life into the world. I also acknowledge that at times things do deviate from normal and work closely alongside other health professionals such as obstetricians if this becomes necessary.

I am a good communicator, and treating everyone with compassion and respect is very important to me. I have a wonderful back-up partner Tracye Wright and am part of a fantastic group of 8 midwives who all provide support and care for each other.
