Hi. My name is Roz Garty. Congratulations on your pregnancy. I am a self-employed midwife working in Green Bay servicing West and Central West Auckland. It never ceases to amaze me how strong women are and it is this strength in women that gives me my passion for midwifery. My aim is to provide safe, up-to-date, woman-centred midwifery care that helps you have a birth experience you feel positive about. I provide complete care from early pregnancy up to 4-6 weeks post birth and care for women birthing in Waitakere Hospital, and at home. I believe birth is a normal life event and promote informed choice through information sharing and partnership.
