Hi I’m Cath, huge congratulations on your pregnancy.

I have been a midwife for over 25 years and I am based in North Canterbury, providing clinics both at Rangiora Hospital and Amberley Medical centre. Originally form the UK, I qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1989 then later as a Midwife in 1994.

I have worked at Christchurch Women’s Hospital as part of the core team of midwives prior to becoming an LMC.

I love being a midwife and feel it’s a real privilege to be “with women” and their families during such a special, exciting life changing time.

I will listen and respect your choices and wishes throughout your pregnancy, labour and postnatal care.

I am epidural certified and will support the pain relief options you choose/need during labour.
