Congratulations on your pregnancy!

I’m a registered midwife and mama of 2 busy kids, aged 8 & 9. I have had a passion for midwifery since I was introduced to the profession through my own pregnancies. My heart sits with natural physiological birth and keeping things as normal as possible - while also recognising when things need to change. If your care becomes complex I work alongside specialists to ensure you get the care you need. I believe this is your birth experience and my goal is to support you to have the best possible experience for you and your family.

I love my job and take a small caseload so I can give both quality care to you and maintain a healthy work/life balance.

I work with, and am supported by the wonderful midwives of 'Rural Delivery Midwives'. I service the suburbs from Christchurch Central - north.

I work with and am supported by the amazing midwives of Rural Delivery Midwives, with Cath Shore being my primary back-up midwife. I provide continuity of care from the moment you book with me, right through to when your baby is 5-6 weeks of age. I have routine antenatal clinics at Rangiora Hospital on a Friday afternoon, all day Thursday at Kurawaka Birthing Unit in Central CHCH, and am happy to negotiate providing antenatal care in your home when required.
