Hello and congratulations on your pregnancy! My name is Precious and I am a registered midwife covering Hamilton, Te Awamutu and surrounding areas. I was born and raised in the Philippines and have moved to New Zealand together with my family in 2014. One of my favourite things about being a midwife is having the privilege to work alongside women and their families as they embark on a beautiful journey from pregnancy to parenthood. I believe in the normality of pregnancy and childbirth. However, I also believe in recognising when things deviate from normal and when a referral is deemed to be made. I aim to support women to be empowered throughout their journey by ensuring that they are well informed about their options. I work in partnership with a midwife, Courtney Kahura, and we provide back up for each other to ensure that we could both have some quality time off to spend with our families. I am looking forward to meeting you and sharing with your journey.

My Hamilton clinic is at NorthCare Grandview Rd clinic room 7 on Mondays from 9 am - 5 pm. I also do a clinic at Te Awamutu Birthing on Wednesday mornings.
