Congratulations on your exciting news! Being a midwife is both humbling and a privilege and I’d be delighted to be part of your journey, providing continuity of care through pregnancy, labour & birth & until 6 weeks after the birth of your baby.

I am a registered midwife working in North Canterbury with Rural Delivery Midwives. I am also a mother to three boys & grew up in North Canterbury. My woman-centred philosophy means each individual woman, baby & family are at the centre of all care. I am a huge supporter of natural physiological birth - but recognise when there is the need for plans to change. If your care becomes complex, I will work with you & other health professionals to ensure you receive the care you need. I am down to earth and approachable. The main aim for me is building a trusting relationship with a focus on a positive, empowering experience for women & informed decision making - giving you the information to make choices that best fit you and your family.
