Kia Ora, Hello and congratulations on your pregnancy!

I’m Liv, a midwife in Christchurch and Selwyn. Being a midwife is an honour for me as I get to take part in your journey through your pregnancy, labour and birth and becoming parents. I aim to provide care holistic in nature to support you through your journey.

I'm passionate about creating a strong partnership and providing individualised care, so you feel heard. During your care we have discussions around education so you can make decisions best suited to you and your whānau.

I work with my practice partner Rebekah Stanton and the Rolleston Midwives practice.

I believe birth is a normal physiological event and encourage birthing at a primary birthing setting such as home and Oromairaki/Rolleston. I only attend births at Christchurch Women’s Hospital when medically indicated.
