I am a māmā, rural midwife, and lactation consultant in Central Otago. With 18 years of healthcare experience, including paediatric intensive care nursing at Starship Hospital and roles at Charlotte Jean and Central Otago Maternity Unit, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my practice. I believe every woman’s pregnancy and birthing experience is unique, and my goal is to ensure you have a positive experience tailored to your individual needs.

My role is to make you and your family feel safe, informed, and empowered throughout your pregnancy and birth, and up to 6 weeks postnatally. My passion is to support this natural process with informative and supportive care, helping you make confident choices for both your baby and yourself. I am dedicated to delivering safe, highly competent, and woman-centred rural midwifery care.
