Hello and congratulations on your pregnancy!

I am a registered midwife who has also worked as a core Midwife at Auckland City Hospital. I am honoured to have the opportunity to work with women and their families throughout pregnancy, labour and birth and up to six weeks after. I believe it is important to build a trusting and respectful partnership with women and their family. Childbirth is an amazing, life-changing event and as a midwife, it is my role to encourage, advocate and provide up to date information to women and their families. This enables them to make informed decisions around their childbirth experience. I also support women to birth at Birthcare and Auckland City Hospital when clinically indicated. I believe it is a privilege to walk alongside women and families during their maternity journey and I look forward to hearing from you. Languages spoken: Pashto, English.
