Congratulations on your pregnancy, how exciting!

My name is Carla Cederman and I am a midwife working in the beautiful Bay of Plenty. I cover the Te Puke, Maketu, Paengaroa, Pongakawa, Pukehina, Otamarakau, Papamoa, Bayfair area. I take a caseload of 4 women per month.

My passion has always been helping others and I am excited to help guide women and their whānau through these life changing experiences ahead. I am passionate about promoting normal birth and a healthy pregnancy. My role is to work alongside you and your whānau to support, protect, advocate, nurture and educate you on this crazy journey of pregnancy. I provide continuity of care through pregnancy, labour and birth, and up to 4-6 weeks postnatally.

I provide care for women to birth at Home or Bethlehem Birthing Centre, however, sometimes pregnancies may deviate from this, so I also provide secondary services at Tauranga Hospital.
