I am a māmā of five and a Māori midwife, residing in the East of Ōtautahi. My mahi is deeply rooted in providing warm, nurturing, and culturally empowering care. Pregnancy is a sacred journey, and I am here to walk alongside you—offering knowledge, options, and support that align with your vision, wairua, and whānau. My role is to help you feel prepared, strong, and at peace—whether through education, information, or holding space for your energy to to remain tau (calm) and grounded.

I practise through a holistic lens, acknowledging that each hapūtanga comes with its own rhythm and lessons. I am passionate about reintegrating mātauranga Māori in pregnancy and birth. Whānau presence in this sacred space is essential—whānau catching their pēpi.

I work closely with four incredible Māori Midwives - Ōhua Midwives.

I hold my clinic every Wednesday at Te Puawaitanga, located in Eastgate Mall.
