Congratulations on your pregnancy, I would be happy to work alongside you and your family during this special time. I have been working as a midwife for the past 21 years in a variety of settings in London and in my hometown Christchurch, prior to this I previously worked as a registered nurse for 7 years. I have two amazing boys myself and I understand the importance of good support and choices throughout your journey towards parenthood. As a midwife I work in partnership with women and their families to support and guide them through the normal life events of pregnancy and birth. I support women to birth in a setting of their choice, that could be at Home, at Rangiora Birthing Unit or at Christchurch Women's Hospital. I have an epidural certificate if this is an option you would like. I run clinics in Rangiora and Kaiapoi. I predominately care for women in North Canterbury (Oxford, Eyreton, Cust, Rangiora, Kaiapoi, Woodend, Waikuku, Amberley Waikari, Hawarden) I also cover North Christchurch.
